Enjoy garden-fresh foods all year long by preserving at home! This course is for new and seasoned canners. Canning methods have changed over the years to improve the safety of the foods we store. You will learn about the different types of canning equipment, steps for safe home food preservation and sources for research-tested recipes. By the end of the series, you will be more confident when preserving your low- and high-acid foods.
