ClassGraphic Instructor: Trent Foltz, Trent Foltz Photography
If you are a photographer of landscapes, still lifes or people, the conversation can quickly turn to, “Would it look better as a black-and-white or color image?”  In this digital world we capture our images in color and then have to make the decision, “Should it stay color, or should it be converted to black and white?”
This class will address that question and hopefully make the choice easier, or at least get you thinking about it. Through class discussions and comparing images, the goal is to start a constructive conversation and compare the differences and similarities between the two. Students should bring in images to be used for the discussions. Realtime conversions will happen in class. A basic understanding of Photoshop is needed for this class.
