ClassGraphic Let’s go to Scotland! Scotland is brawny and brave, a rugged country with swooping uplands and velvet valleys dotted by white cottages and hairy cows.  It’s a land of contrasts — the roaring Atlantic crashing on the rocky shore and sheltered lochs as still as swans; charming stone villages lost in time, elegant Edinburgh and lusty Glasgow. History shouts from these hills — you can almost hear the Highland drums and the clash of steel. We’ll visit places you can reach easily with public transportation, like the Western Highlands and the isles of the Inner Hebrides, but also some places off the beaten track, like the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides. Rent a car and do it all on your own? Sure, but there are things to know. We’ll cover all you need to make your time in Scotland — whether it’s just a week or much longer — a joy to remember!
