Facilitating Great Meetings

This 7-week, hands-on course helps you transform meetings into productive, focused, and participatory sessions that get real results.  Learn proven meeting facilitation techniques to increase participation, guide discussions, build consensus, and handle challenging group dynamics with confidence.  Each week combines practical tools, demonstrations, and real-world applications so you can immediately improve how you lead and contribute to meetings at work.

This blended course includes required readings, online discussions through Canvas, and 90-minute live Zoom session each week for interactive learning and practice.  It’s ideal for professionals looking to strengthen leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, especially those preparing for advancement or entering new roles involving team or project leadership.
