A new poetry recital program on the work of Edgar Allan Poe entitled EA POE: The Passionate Self! takes the stage. Dan Haughey, MFA, local QCA professional actor and theatre professor emeritus, Black Hawk College will infuse a quick-paced staged reading of several of Poe’s best-known works. Mr. Haughey delivers excerpts from some of Poe’s most entertaining verse in theatrical style. Included will be poetry and short story elements from “The Raven,” “To Helen,” “Annabel Lee,” “Lenore” and more!
