LEADERSHIP SUCCESS SERIES - PUBLIC

We are excited to roll out our Leadership Success Series.  This program will consist of 6 sessions designed to give you tips and strategies to develop the skills of a great leader.  Throughout the series you will engage with peers and community leaders while developing essential skills for success in leadership.  When you leave this series, you will have valuable and relevant information that can be applied immediately in your workplace, no matter your position or role.  
This series will focus on:
  • Communicating for Superior Teamwork: Managing Your Communication Style - This program explores the essence of teamwork -    effective communication.
  • Principles of Authentic Leadership - Leaders in this session learn to demonstrate the five core qualities of leadership that will enable them to handle today's business issues head-on and a set of principles that will allow them to communicate effectively, provide open and honest feedback, and inspire passion and confidence in the people they are leading.
  • Communication Excellence: Managing Performance with DiSC - Provides actionable insights into the leader's responsibilities of adjusting their communication delivery to meet the individual's needs and preferences.
  • Providing Feedback That Works - In this session, leaders will learn to "open the door" to a productive conversation formed around a mutual understanding of the issue, problem-solving, and the collaborative development of a plan of action.
  • Coaching: Developing Others - In this session, leaders will learn to help the employee gain the self-confidence needed to take on new challenges, problem solve and make effective decisions, and be able to take action - now and in the future, with little or no need to input from the leader.
  • Giving Recognition That Gets Results - In this session, participants will learn how to best tailor and deliver recognition to the recipient for optimal results.
