(Ages 7-9) The world around you functions with code. Learn beginning-level scratch coding and strategies for problem-solving, designing projects, and communication ideas. Learn the function of coding blocks and use them to make your creations. Your parents will need to set up a free Scratch account for you at scratch.mit.edu/join. Bring the username and password on the first day of class. Then you will be able to use the account at home to practice and create on your own when finished with the class.
